Leo Worthington-Leese is the latest player to exit the tournament and it was Michael Fletcher who did for him.
Fletcher opened on the button with two red jacks, Worthington-Leese moved all-in for 120,000 with [Ac][9c] from the small blind and Fletcher made the call.
The board ran [2s][8d][Tc][Qs][8h] to keep Fletcher in front. --NW

3:40pm: Why didn't you bet?
UKIPT5 Bristol champion Pierrick Tallon is putting up a sterling attempt at winning back to back UKIPT titles but he just lost a pot to Daniel Stacy to drop to 160,000.
The pre-flop action is unknown but with 55,000 in the pot by the time the [3s][9s][Jh] hit the flop suggesting that Stacey (mid position) had opened and then called a Tallon (button) three-bet.
What we can say for sure is that on that flop Stacey check called a bet of 24,000 and both players then checked the [Qs] turn and [5s] river. Stacey showed down [As][Jc] for the nuts and Tallon looked ruefully at the river before mucking his hand.
"Why didn't you bet?" said Stacey to the Belgian as he dragged the pot, he's up to 500,000 as a result of that win. -- NW
3:30pm: The force was strong in this one
Talented Luke Staudenmaier was the first player to bust in the money and he couldn't quite believe it how it happened.
The action folded around to Elliott Hayes in the small blind who casually set Staudenmaier all in for his last 85,000 or so. Staudenmaier looked down at [kh][qs] and immediately called. Hayes then opened [ah][ac] which nearly caused Staudenmaier's eyes to pop out of his head.
"What is this?!" he asked the universe whilst pointing at Hayes' hand.
The board ran [2h][js][4c][8c][3h] to send him to the front of a very short line at the payout desk. -- MC

3:20pm: Dylan Coady bubbles UKIPT5 Isle of Man
Dylan Coady works for PokerStars as their VIP Club Manager and the Canadian will have a tale to tell around the water cooler on Monday but it won't be a happy one as he's just stone bubbled the Isle of Man Main Event.
He shoved for 77,000 total after Craig Sewell had opened to 10,000 from early position, after getting a count Sewell made the call from his stack of 590,000. The hands couldn't be turned over immediately as action was still going on at other tables, but when it had finished Coasy saw that he was racing for his tournament life with [Ac][9c] against Sewell's [6h][6d].
The [5s][Js][4h][4s][5s] board favoured the big stack and Coady finished in 48th place whilst Sewell is up to 660,000 and is the chip leader.
Everyone left in has locked up a min-cash of £770. -- NW
3:15pm: Bubble time
The clock has been paused as just 48 players remain and we're now on the bubble here in the Isle of Man. Those just missing out on the money include: Sameer Singh, Senh Ung (he's hopped in the High Roller), Dara O'Kearney, Ethan Brown and Simon Hamilton. -- NW
3:10pm: Corion busts two hands later
One can never be comfortable playing NL Holdem, just ask Phillip Corion who busted a couple of hands after he eliminated Chris Moneymaker.
He, Craig Sewell and Gareth Mcintosh all took to a [10s][5h][3s] flop. Sewell bet 16,000 from early position before Mcintosh raised to 36,000 from the hijack. Corion then came in with a three-bet to 85,000 from the big blind and was only called by Sewell. The [ks] fell on the turn and Corion moved all in for around 90,000 and was snap called by Sewell.
Corion: [5s][5c] for a set.
Sewell: [as][qs] for the turned but flush.
The [8h] came on the river and Corion had to leave. Sewell's up to 510,000.
Just 49 players remain with 47 getting paid. -- MC
2:57pm: At least Moneymaker has Candy Crush for company
Chris Moneymaker found no way to halt his sliding stack and has just been eliminated.
He was down to 53,500 when he moved all in from under the gun. Phillip Corion was in the next seat and moved all in to successfully isolate the Team PokerStars Pro.

2:40pm: The bubble approaches

2:35pm: Doke's not broke, he just got a little choked
Dara O'Kearney's stack has dropped to around 80,000 after he lost a smallish pot to Anthony Galloway.
Johan Bakketeig opened the pot with a button raise and both Galloway and O'Kearney called from the blinds. All three checked the [qc][2h][8s] flop before Galloway led for 9,500 and 9,000 on the [2d][ac] turn and river.

Team PokerStars Pro Chris Moneymaker has dropped to 67,000 as the break approaches.
He was heads up with John Lawson and they made it to the river where a [4c][jd][8c][3d][qs] board rested. Moneymaker set Lawson all in for his last 34,000 and then mucked when he called with [qc][jc] for two pair.

1:55pm: No hat-trick for Moreira de Melo
Fatima Moreira de Melo's 100% cashing streak in UKIPT Isle of Man Main Events is over as she's been eliminated by Ted Spivack. The latter opened with [7][3] from late position and the Team PokerStars SportStar defended from the blinds with [Q][J]. She called a continuation bet on the [3][3][X] flop, both players checked the blank turn and on the blank river Moreira De Melo made her move, an all-in move, and Spivack called to eliminate her. -- NW
1:45pm: Deb's destroys Davey
You can add another high profile scalp to Deborah Worley-Robert's resume. Yesterday she took care of Team PokerStars Pro Luca Pagano and just moments ago she eliminated UKIPT4 Player of the Year Daragh Davey.
The Irishman shoved from the small blind for 36,900 after Leo Worthington-Leese, had opened to 5,300 on the button. Worley-Roberts was in the big blind and looked interested, she asked for a count and then moved all-in herself, a bet of around 110,000 and Worthington-Lesse folded what he later said was [Kh][Jh].
"Thank @#@# for that," said Worley-Roberts, as she showed [Ah][Qh] which was ahead of Davey's [Ac][Td]. The [6c][7c][Qs][5c][Js] board meant Davey was eliminated and boostedWorley-Roberts' stack to over 150,000. -- NW
1:37pm: Bad timing sending Panteli on his way
Mike Panteli was down to around 35,000 when he found a pair in early position. In they went and it looked as if his shove was going to get through until Pasquale Egisto looked down at his hand in the big blind. Call.

1:30pm: The rich get richer
The blog asked Day 1B chip leader Chris Swinden if he'd won a big pot seeing as he required a lot of racks to move tables.
"One big pot?!" said a chuckling Anthony Galloway.
"I won a couple of them," said a smiling Swinden as he transported 515,000 to his new table. -- MC
1:10pm: Huge hand for Stacey
Dan Stacey finished sixth here in 2013 and he's running up another big stack as he just eliminated Adam Prickett to climb to 230,000, good for a top five stack.
The pre-flop action is unknown but on a [Kd][Ad][Qs] flop Prickett (big blind) checked to Stacey (cut off) and he bet 8,200. Back on Prickett he check-raised to 16,500 and Stacey responded with a re-raise to 58,200 total, which looked like it was enough to set Prickett all-in.
The latter now went into the tank for quite some time before announcing call, he turned over [Ac][Ts] and Stacey showed [Kc][Kh]. It was only now that Prickett's stack was counted down and it was established that he actually had 11,800 more than Stacey's bet. The floor was called and it was ruled that the intention on both players part was to call all-in and Stacey put the extra 11,800 in.
The [5h] turn and [6c] river meant Stacey's set of kings held and Prickett was eliminated. -- NW

1pm: Slap shot for a double up
Fatima Moreira de Melo is back in business after doubling up through team mate, Chris Moneymaker.
Gareth Mcintosh raised to 5,200 from the hijack before the Dutch hockey star shoved for 28,300. Moneymaker was sat behind and made the call which was enough to force out Mcintosh.

A short while after, Moneymaker mentioned how he was surprised that so few players had busted so far but then he countered by saying that short stacks must be doubling, just like the two that had so far at his table.

12:45pm: Dimsal end to the hand for Dimsa
Lukas Dimsa was sat shaking his head after losing a hand where he flopped a full house. Ankit Ahuja was in the hand against him, flopped trips and rivered quads to doubled up.
David Longmate was kind enough to fill the blog in on the details. Ahuja opened to 5,000 and was called in three spots before Dimsa squeezed to 25,000. Ahuja moved all in for around 60,000 and Ahuja called after the other three players folded.
Dimsa opened pocket tens and was racing against Ahuja's ace-king. The flop came [ax][tx][ax] and then ran out [3x][ax]. What a board! -- MC
12:25pm: Two gone
The start of Day 2 on the UKIPT is usually fast and furious and it's no different here in the Isle of Man as a number of players have been eliminated in the opening 10 minutes of the level.
One of those to go was Gary Chatterton, he defended his big blind and then moved all-in for 27,100 on a [Ah][6d][Js] flop. It was a significant overbet as the pot was around 14,000, it gave Andrew Hutchison pause for thought but he elected to make the call. Chatterton opened [Jd][3d] for middle pair but Hutchison had the best of it with [Qd][Qs] and he held on the [9d][4c] turn and river.
And Gregor Abmayr is another casualty, the German got his last 12 big blinds in with [Ah][7h] but also lost to the ladies, with Ted Spivack dealing the fatal blow. --NW

In the early hours of last night Kenny Chih-Hung, a poker pro originally from the USA, but now travelling around Europe, was victorious in the £150 + £15 Combined Chess and Poker tournament taking home £1,680 after seeing off no less an opponent than top UK chess player (and consistent world top ten) Adams heads up. The first part of the event represented his first chess tournament - something PokerStars Mind Sports Ambassador Jennifer Shahade had been instrumental in getting him to try after finding herself sat next to him in the Main Event. Chih-Hung was happy at his win though not prepared to commit to today's High Roller (he finished playing at 2:30am), but generally glad that his travel schedule - visiting a friend in Amsterdam - allowed him to come to the Isle of Man where, "Everyone is friendly, it's well run, and lots of fun."

11:40am: Welcome back for Day 2
Day 2 of the UKIPT5 Isle of Man Main Event is almost upon us. The field has been whittled down to double digits as just 97 players remaining from the two starting flights. Leading the way is Day 1A chip leader Adrian Filiczkowski with 247,600, closely followed by Day 1B chip leader Chris Swinden on 245,200. The only other player over the 200,000-mark is Shane Henry on 211,500.
PokerStars' Chris Moneymaker (188,700) and Fatima Moreira De Melo (30,400) are the only Team Pros who made it through, the former with chips to play with, the latter with work to do.
David Clarkson (177,100), Joe Grech (174,100), Pierrick Tallon (170,000), Dan Stacey (159,300), Kelly Saxby (145,900), Dara O`Kearney (133,500), Adam Owen (166,700), Deborah Worley-Roberts (114,300) and Mike Panteli (110,400) are other tour regulars with six-figure stacks and high hopes for today.
